Welcome! My name is Gwendolen Petti. I specialize in helping both Couples and Individuals to recognize and break free from the stale, cyclical relational patterns we can all become caught in. As your guide and fellow traveler, I will help you to recognize, fully acknowledge, and begin to actually shift these patterns. This will enable you to learn the valuable, new relational skills you need to build healthier, more authentic connections with yourself and with those you love. These are skills many of us never saw modeled in our families and which can bring us the joy and intimacy we want and deserve.
As a certified RLT Therapist I utilize the powerful relational model created by world-renowned therapist Terry Real. I also draw from a broad range of clinical experience, as well as from my own 36 years of marriage and family life. My clients tell me I have a warm, genuine, down-to-earth style that helps even those new to therapy to feel at ease.
