We all understand that close, loving relationships are central to living long, happy, and fulfilling lives, yet many of us were never taught the valuable skills needed to build and sustain them. Hi, I’m Gwen, and I work with individuals and couples who want healthier, more authentic connections with themselves and with the people they love most. As a collaborative guide and fellow traveler, I help clients break free from the stale, cyclical, and disconnected patterns they can become caught in, and re-ignite the intimacy, connection, and joy that they may feel has been missing from their relationships.
As a Certified Relational Life Therapist trained in Terry Real’s powerful RLT model, I integrate relational, attachment, and trauma-informed approaches into my work. My approach is shaped not only by my clinical training and experience, but also by my own marriage and family life. It’s important to me to not only talk the talk, but walk the walk as well!
