I'm a systems oriented therapist who is trained in family therapy, somatic and trauma informed modalities and center a spiritual approach to the work. We'll identify all the factors that have brought you to this place in your life - intergenerational family dynamics, society, schooling, identity, etc. so that you can keep what you want and leave the rest behind.
This is foremost a journey toward freedom. While I am well trained to offer guidance, analysis and various techniques, I also bring the wisdom I've gained from my own lived experience into the room. I won't judge you but I will challenge you at times, always with kindness and the intent of expanding the possibilities for how you see your life.
