I work with individuals & couples to create a nonjudgmental, open space to explore yourself & your relationships. Together we will find pathways to greater meaning and satisfaction. Anxiety, trauma, depression, or neurodiversity may be complicating how you connect in relationships, leading to repeated patterns or disconnection. Therapy can be a practical, compassionate tool for understanding relational dynamics and building more secure, fulfilling partnerships. Grounded in Thich Nhat Hanh’s concept of “no mud no lotus,” my work honors the truth that growth, intimacy, and possibility emerge through meeting what’s difficult together.
I work with individuals & couples, including neurodiverse and non-traditional partnerships, using compassion-focused therapy, mindful nonviolent communication, relational life therapy, and evidence-based approaches. Together we will identify patterns, strengthen communication, and support more secure, responsive relationships.
My approach is psychodynamic, relational and active. I work in person & remotely.
