My work is rooted in attachment theory, play therapy, expressive arts, ACT, radical acceptance, & mindfulness. I integrate music, movement & storytelling & Hand in Hand Parenting tools for parents.
Play therapy offers children & adults a safe space to explore & heal through creativity & imagination. For parents, I offer guidance in becoming the parent you wish you had—attuned, confident, & compassionate. For adults, I help rediscover the inner child, opening doors to playful presence, emotional healing, & more authentic relationships.
I bring experience from schools, Early Head Start, & community mental health & a Master’s in Marriage & Family Therapy from CSU East Bay. I see therapy as a space for discovery, healing, & growth—where families find harmony & individuals feel more alive, peaceful, & connected. I've worked with children with anxiety, suicidality, neurodivergence & trauma.
