Sometimes you know exactly what you need help with, and sometimes you just know you’re tired of feeling the way you do. I work with children, teens, and adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, family and relationship challenges, substance use, grief, and major life changes. I especially enjoy working with people who want a therapist who is genuine, approachable, and willing to meet them where they are. Therapy with me isn’t about judgment or having all the answers, it’s about understanding what’s happening, figuring out what you need, and finding a way forward that actually works for your life.
I specialize in trauma, anxiety, substance use, and working through complicated life and family experiences. I tailor therapy to you rather than expecting you to fit into one approach. We may process the past, build coping skills, challenge patterns that aren’t serving you, or simply make sense of what you’re feeling and why.
You don’t need to have the right words, know exactly what you want from therapy, or have everything figured out before you reach out. Come as you are. I’ll meet you there with compassion, honesty, and probably some humor along the way. We’ll take things at your pace while still working toward the changes you want to see in your life.
