My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and person-centered. My hope is to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to create positive change. My specialties include relationship issues, emotional regulation and communication, self-esteem and self-awareness, coping skills, depression and anxiety, and trauma and addiction.
I am passionate about working with individuals who seek to heal from their trauma and break unhealthy patterns that are holding them back.
