Black Men United Group

The BMU group is designed to provide a safe space for Men of Color. The group will address various topics including destigmatizing and addressing mental health challenges, life transition, sociocultural challenges among life domains, and coping. The group will identify key strategies and allow participants to share ideas on wellness, coping, and adjustment. - This group will be held using a HIPPA-compliant telehealth system.

The group is designed for Trans-men and transmasculine non-binary Group to be a safe and confidential space to talk, explore, support, challenge, and embrace gender identity. Sometimes, we wish to connect without having to explain, educate, or fear judgment. Our goal is to create and hold space for Trans and Nonbinary individuals to receive support and community through sharing and exploration of self and identity. We will address topics including: Gender Identity, Sexuality, Dysphoria, Mental Health, Relationships, Life Transitions, Trauma, and Self-Advocacy. - The group is conducted using a HIPPA-Compliant Telehealth system
