Seeking therapy requires bravery, and the growth it brings is worth every step. I believe in the healing that comes from improving our relationships with others and am dedicated to supporting clients in cultivating meaningful connections. I strive to help clients improve their relationship with themselves as they connect to their values and unique purpose. I work alongside clients with concerns such as relationship conflict, premarital counseling, couple’s counseling, body image, depression, and anxiety. I am also passionate about helping children and teens develop emotional regulation skills and navigate a variety of concerns.
My training in systemic therapy informs my work with individuals, couples, and families. As a clinician, I draw from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Attachment-Based Family Therapy (ABFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Narrative Therapy.
