One of my greatest joys in life is helping others.
I consider it a privilege to walk with people of all ages who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or want to better understand how their past experiences may be influencing their present circumstances. It is important to me that the therapeutic relationship is rooted in safety, belonging, and compassion. I am especially passionate about helping children and adults as they navigate the impacts of trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and life transitions.
My practice is rooted in evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Trauma-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. I bring a wide range of clinical experience from hospital-based psychiatric care to community mental health.
I strive to create a therapeutic space that is safe, collaborative, and empowering as we journey together toward healing. I also offer services from a Christian perspective and am happy to incorporate faith into our sessions upon request.
