About
Hello! I recently have started working with clients as a tLMHC at Goldfinch Counseling in Windsor Heights, IA. I am eager to begin working in a field that I am so passionate about. I believe that every individual deserves a space to be heard, validated, and supported. My mission is to convey an inclusive, innovative, non-judgmental, and compassionate environment for all clients.
Within individual counseling, I work primarily with women who are ages 16 and older struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, life transitions, and communication skills. I am passionate about women's issues and supporting this population in a way that they feel understood and validated in their feelings.
I also work with couples struggling to find connection and intimacy within their relationships with their spouses and partners. In our couples counseling services, we work primarily with couples who are motivated to improve their communication skills between one another and reconnect in ways they once did.
