My approach is person-centered first, balancing compassion with challenging and incorporating mindfulness, cognitive techniques, and DBT skills.
I work with teens and adults who are experiencing depression, anxiety, relationship concerns, life transitions, perfectionism, and self-harm. As a former medical social worker, I also have experience supporting individuals who are coping with chronic illness and navigating the many, and oftentimes frustrating, intricacies of our healthcare system.
We will collaborate to create a treatment plan that is specialized for you. Booking that initial session may feel intimidating, and that's okay!
