Personal and professional problems can leave us feeling as though the weight of the world is on our shoulders. Everyday challenges surmount to problems and life transitions don't make them any easier to overcome. We try hard and still, there's things that we just can't shake. We awake each day and give it our all. Lights appear to go dim and we may dull with them. Thankfully, we wish to thrive, get back on track, grow through all of our experiences and discover our purpose. We need a bit of help and from a non- judgmental, empathic and experienced source. With optimism, hope and sometimes skepticism, we reach out.
