Welcome! I am a Boston-based clinical psychologist who works collaboratively with clients to explore deeper parts of themselves, learn new skills, and heal past trauma. I work with individuals to unlock their potential and build the life they aspire to lead by learning about their emotions, patterns of behaviors, and where they fit in their respective systems.
I specialize in helping adults (over 18) navigate a diverse range of concerns, focusing specifically on helping people explore their (often complex) identity, navigating life transitions, and heal past trauma. Clinically, I focus on working with individual who experience anxiety, depression, and emotion dysregulation.
My orientation is trauma-informed and rooted in building a strong therapeutic relationship with a warm, nonjudgmental approach. I strongly believe that this relationship is built on trust and consistency, and by acknowledging the beauty and imperfections of our shared human experience.
