I want to applaud you for taking a brave step as you have decided to explore your therapy options. My approach to the therapeutic process is one that is down to earth, direct, and compassionate in nature. Starting the therapy journey is a very intimate and personal one which is why I tailor my approach to what my clients need. Whether you are healing from interpersonal trauma, intergenerational trauma, complex trauma, grief/loss, or you just want to get to know yourself a bit more, therapy is a great way to explore all of this in a safe, non-judgmental space.
I use a variety of evidence based modalities which include: EMDR, Internal Family Systems, Intimacy from the Inside out (For couples), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Christian counseling, Psycho-analytic therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Behavioral therapy.
