Our group is a place for people to grow personally in consistent, caring, and honest relationships. We are hurt in relationships and we heal in relationships. And in a culture where we can be easily swayed by the news of the day or the whims of the algorithms we use, group therapy can be an anchor for how you are experienced and known by other people. It is powerful, highly underrated, and incredible helpful. Dr. Rebecca Murphy is the psychological associate that leads this group and I directly supervise it.
