I'm a licensed psychologist with over 10 years of experience working with anxiety, depression, trauma, men's issues, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. My approach is relational and psychodynamic - meaning we pay close attention to patterns, to what happens between people, and to the experiences that have shaped who you've become.
Clients describe me as down-to-earth, honest, and attuned. I listen closely, help make sense of what's hard to name, and push when pushing is useful. Sessions don't follow a script - they follow you. Adult Interpersonal Process Group (Age 18+)
Our adult process group offers a consistent, caring, and honest space to grow in relationship with others. In a Yalom-style group led by two therapists, members discover how they impact—and are impacted by—others. Because we are often wounded in relationships, it is also through relationships that we heal. In a world of fleeting connections and shifting cultural noise, group therapy can be an anchor: a place to be deeply known, to practice new ways of relating, and to experience the power of authentic human connection.
