I work with LGBTQIA+ adults recovering from strict upbringings navigating anxiety, perfectionism, identity exploration, life transitions, and the (often invisible) wounds of relational trauma. Many of my clients are over-thinkers who’ve learned to survive by performing for others, disconnecting from their bodies, masking their needs, or constantly scanning for what’s “wrong” with them. Together, we’ll begin the gentle (and sometimes challenging!) work of building a loving relationship with yourself.
I work from trauma-informed approaches including Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) along with Relational, Somatic, and Internal Family System (IFS) frameworks. I also bring a healthy dose of humor, metaphor, and directness to sessions. Our work together will be tailored to you with actionable interventions and supportive sharing of resources along the way.
My practice is deeply affirming of kink and D/s dynamics, sex work, & expansive relationship structures including ENM & poly relationships. My work as a therapist is rooted in anti-racism, body neutrality, & disability justice frameworks, with an emphasis on collective care.
