As a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and clinical pastoral counselor, I work with individuals, couples and families to resolve common human problems. I believe you will benefit from the clinical competence, experience and maturity gained from over forty years in practice, and will quickly realize I sincerely care about you. When you reach out to me, I will do my best to respond promptly, without you waiting too long for an appointment. Don't be surprised if I personally answer the phone.
Depression, anxiety and exhaustion can be a consequence of unresolved conflict, painful loss, overthinking, worrying, procrastinating, people-pleasing, approval-seeking, and care-taking.
