As a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and clinical pastoral counselor, I work with individuals, couples and families to resolve common human problems. I believe you will benefit from clinical competence, experience and maturity gained from more than forty years in practice, and will quickly realize I sincerely care about you. Depression, anxiety and exhaustion can be consequences of unresolved conflict, painful loss, overthinking, worrying, procrastinating, people-pleasing, approval-seeking, and care-taking. Our focus will be on healthier self-care. Reaching out to a seasoned therapist can be an important step toward enjoying more consistent happiness and fulfillment.
All sessions are by telehealth live video on weekdays from 7:00am -9:00pm. Virtual sessions from an in-home office allow me to remain close to my wife of over 40 years who is bed-bound with progressive MS. Professional caregivers free up time to focus on my calling as a mental health counselor.
