Hi there, I'm Rehema! You are worthy of love and care just as you are. The journey for growth does not mean that you are not where you need to be. If you believe that I could potentially be helpful to you on your journey, then I would love the opportunity. I deeply believe in helping people link up with their sense of curiosity. It's much easier to identify needs when communication is slowed down and we take a moment to be curious and nonjudgmental. I utilize emotion-focused therapy (EFT), mindfulness, somatic techniques, communication skills, and EMDR to get people where they want to be.
I'm proud of having developed my active listening skills. Regardless of what we're discussing, you and what you are sharing, verbally and nonverbally, are my focus. I'm equally proud to admit to not being perfect! My communication style is one where it's safe to acknowledge that we are both human beings trying our best.
