Whether you are motivated by life stressors or a desire to find a more complete you, I am here to help. I work mostly with clients struggling to manage their day to day life with an eating disorder, anxiety, depression or substance abuse. I also specialize in couples and family counseling and believe that helping a person to work within their environment and make changes where they can is an important part of being your best self.
I have more than ten years of experience working in mental health in a variety of settings ranging from outpatient to inpatient and partial hospitalization programs. I primarily utilize CBT but believe that a diverse and multifaceted approach to treatment is best.
My hope is that I am able to work with the client to develop an approach that they are comfortable will help them to reach the goals that they set out to achieve.
