Struggling with addiction, anxiety, depression or anger control problems (especially boys and men)? Transitioning back into society? Need help with childhood trauma, ADHD, PTSD or a different mental health concern? If so, you are not alone. Professional assistance is available for you and/or your loved ones at an affordable cost. I specialize in addiction, reentry, anger management, depression and adjustment disorders. I provide in-person and telehealth services at my offices in Polk County, Florida (individual or family) & telehealth services ONLY to remaining counties. We are LGBTQ friendly.
I use evidence-based psychotherapy and a 12-Step approach to treat substance abuse, reentry and thinking disorders because I believe the symptoms of substance intoxication and withdrawal are similar to the diagnostic criteria used to diagnose many mental health disorders and are frequently misdiagnosed. I also used EBP to treat other mental health concerns.
My passion for the populations I serve is derived from my own personal experiences. Clients have expressed feeling more comfortable working with me because of my experiences and ability to relate to their circumstances. I see clients in Tampa on Saturdays from 7am - 7pm and in Polk County Sun - Fri from 9am - 9pm. I look forward to working with you.
