My clinical focus is in anxiety and depression, loss and grief, behavioral issues, relationship problems, anger management and dually diagnosed and chemically dependent individuals. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques, mindfullness and a strengths based approach to help clients reach their full potential.
