Hi! I’m glad you’re here. Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and I strive to create a warm, supportive space where you feel heard and understood. My ideal clients are children, adolescents, and young adults who may be feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, navigating identity development, or struggling with relationships, school, or life transitions. Some may also be experiencing depression, low self-confidence, or feeling unsure how to cope with the challenges they’re facing.
I work collaboratively with clients (and their family when appropriate) to better understand their thoughts and emotions, build practical coping skills, and identify their strengths. Together, we focus on creating small, meaningful steps that help clients feel more confident, supported, and able to move forward in their lives.
With seven years of experience as an elementary school teacher, running support groups for teens, and working with clients individually, I understand how important it is for children and young people to feel safe, supported, and truly heard.
