I received my Master of Social Work degree from the Oakland University School of Social Work in 2023 where my focus of concentration was on substance use disorder and addiction. Since 2023 I have been working full time to help individuals, families and groups learn how to manage anxiety, depression and create better boundaries for the benefit of their mental health specializing in teens and adults, LGBTQIA+, veterans and people struggling with SUD and addiction. I conduct Gottman informed couples therapy and am working to become a Gottman Certified couples' therapist.
