I enjoy making meaningful connections with adults who feel exhausted from striving, questioning their worth, or carrying emotional pain that feels difficult to name. I work with clients who are navigating burnout, imposter syndrome, anxiety, depression, shame, trauma, and grief while trying to stay functional and grounded.
My work is grounded in authenticity and shaped by person-centered, humanistic, somatic, and psychodynamic approaches. I integrate Trauma-Focused CBT and DBT while examining the tensions between Existentialism and Social Constructionism, gently exploring patterns, beliefs, and nervous system responses that keep you feeling stuck.
Over time, and with practice, therapy can help to reduce overwhelm and you can learn to regulate emotions. You can expect increased self-trust, increased emotional resilience, and a deeper connection to who you are beneath survival patterns.
