Closed Women's Groups am and pm
Closed group work enhances trust, healing and efficiency. We begin with a brief meditation. Life skills or other specified material is introduced at each meeting. Together we create an energy field that is conducive to open communication, support and healing. Emotional and practical support comes from all members of the circle and the coaches facilitation.
