About
We are living in uncertain times. It’s ok to not be ok. It’s ok to need extra emotional support right now. You may find yourself having difficulty managing anxiety & stress worrying about things out of your control. You may be feeling lonely, depressed & isolated. You may be having a hard time parenting your child who struggles emotionally, socially, academically. Your young adult may be struggling with finding their way towards independence. Your child may be exhibiting atypical behaviors or expressing worries & concerns that you don’t know how to answer. Psychotherapy can offer the guidance & support you seek.
I am a NYS licensed clinical psychologist with experience in adult/child clinical & hospital settings & post-graduate training in child/adolescent/family psychotherapy. I have particular expertise in depression, anxiety, trauma, abuse, bereavement, relationship conflict, stress management, chronic medical issues, young adulthood, ADHD, & parent/child issues.
My goal is to provide a safe, explorative space where one can feel free to be oneself without judgment and criticism. I serve to help develop insight into issues, overcome obstacles and to facilitate positive change and personal growth. Together, with dedication and consistency, we can accomplish these encouraging impacts towards your healthiest potential.
