I work primarily with adults struggling with anxiety, depression, and trauma, and how these affect self-worth, relationships, and daily life. Many feel overwhelmed or stuck in patterns that won’t shift. We go at your pace. I offer a steady, supportive space with tools that create movement. My trauma-informed, evidence-based approach integrates ACT, CBT, IFS, and EMDR to build regulation skills while healing underlying wounds. I also support adults navigating behavioral addictions and related shame, secrecy, or betrayal; sessions are mainly individual, with partner sessions as helpful. Faith-based integration is available if desired!

I support adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and life stress. Together we use ACT, CBT, IFS, and EMDR to calm the nervous system, process painful experiences, and build lasting coping skills. I also help with behavioral addiction and the shame that keeps you stuck. Faith integration optional.
