Anger Management
Court-Approved Anger Management for individuals mandated by the court to complete anger management training. This 8-week virtual program is designed to help participants understand the roots of anger, develop emotional regulation skills, and build healthier ways of expressing frustration and managing conflict. Clients will engage in structured group discussions, evidence-based exercises, and practical tools to improve relationships and overall well-being.
