Hello! I’m Regina, a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 6 years of experience. I work primarily with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, grief and loss, parenting issues, family relationships, and anger management. My therapeutic approach is client-centered, using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness to empower my clients to change the way they view themselves and to focus on being more accepting of who they are and desire to be. I approach goal setting as a collaborative partnership in which the client is proactive in helping to set their own goals for therapy.
I create a safe and non-judgmental environment in which my clients feel comfortable in expressing themselves. I deeply value authenticity, acceptance, and candidness, resulting in truly open, honest and supportive counseling sessions. The clients I work with are open to making changes that will positively impact their lives.
