The Empowered Parent
Telehealth parenting groups. The Empowered Parent is a 12-week group program designed to help parents build confident, connected, and effective parenting skills. Through guided discussions, role-playing, and hands-on activities, parents explore topics such as understanding child behavior, setting healthy limits, emotional regulation, and effective communication. Rooted in authoritative, democratic parenting principles, this program supports parents in moving from reactive responses to proactive, intentional strategies. Participants will gain practical tools to strengthen their relationship with their child, reduce power struggles, and foster cooperation at home. All are welcome -no perfect parenting required, just a willingness to grow.

Anger Management
Telehealth only. Anger Management is a 12-week psychoeducational group program designed to help adults understand and manage problematic anger responses. Using evidence-based approaches including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness, participants will explore the root causes of anger, identify personal triggers, and build practical skills for emotional regulation. Topics include stress management, effective communication, conflict resolution, and relapse prevention. Through group discussion, skill-building exercises, and weekly practice, participants develop healthier ways to express anger and strengthen their relationships. This program offers a supportive, non-judgmental space to create meaningful, lasting change — one step at a time.
