I believe healing is a process; with each layer you shed through healing, your values will shift and grow. I work with individuals, 8 years old and up, who feel stuck but are unsure where of why. We will take what you already know about yourself, even if it’s just a bit, and dive into where you seek to go. The clients I work with are eager to make shifts in their lives and crave feedback and support while knowing that change can be a slow process. The goal for each person I work with is that you begin to understand the places in your life where you can live more fully.
For many people, this shows up in various ways and looks different for everyone who walks through my door. I will meet you where you are to understand better how the patterns in your life show up as symptoms (anxiety, depression, trauma, body image, life, motivation, academic success) you believe should be "fixed."
