My priority is to help you feel welcomed and safe from the start of our journey together. I want to help you through the challenges you face, building self-esteem, self-worth, and confidence. Because access to services is important, I exclusively offer telehealth appointments for your convenience, and to accommodate disability and scheduling needs for clients such as those with ADHD and autism spectrum disorder diagnoses.
I believe that valuing and promoting a person’s individuality is key in long-term success and growth. I focus on intersectionality, working with your existing strengths to move towards healing. I specialize in providing LGBTQ+ affirming therapy, as well as compassionate care for members the transgender or gender nonconforming community.
Because every person is one-of-a-kind, I modify my therapy style to suit your specific needs, focusing on addressing your concerns in whatever way is most appropriate for you. I aim to make sure that you feel heard and understood, and that you are treated with the dignity and respect that you deserve. I look forward to meeting you.
