I help my couples through some of the best-known couples therapy approaches: Emotionally Focused Therapy, the Gottman Method, and Relational Life Therapy.
Successful couples therapy will teach you to listen to one another and improve communication. You will cultivate emotional intimacy and deepen mutual understanding. You will develop new skills to navigate disagreements and engage in vulnerable repairs. You will create new interaction patterns to foster a deeper sense of love and relationship satisfaction.
