I was drawn to clinical social work because I realized that so many people are searching for a better life. So often society and our circumstances overwhelms us, and we all need a reasonable voice to help us process it all. My ideal client is ready to make a change for the better in their lives. I work with clients of all ages, all backgrounds, and with all diagnoses. Together, we can find the answers you're looking for, and forge a plan to let you take control of your life, and move forward into your dreams.
I provide active listening, compassion, and interventions that are doable. I have a wide variety of life experiences, and bring those into therapy sessions to help my clients find peace, motivation, and their own answers to the challenges they face. I enjoy working with adolescents, young and more mature adults, as well as couples and families.
