My therapeutic approach is grounded in person-centered counseling, which emphasizes creating a warm, nonjudgmental, and empathetic environment where clients feel truly heard, valued and seen. I believe individuals have an innate capacity for growth, resilience, and positive change, and my role is to support and guide that natural process rather than direct it. For this reason, I use CBT methods often to provide support to my clients. Through genuine empathy, unconditional positive regard, and authentic connection, I work to build a trusting relationship that empowers clients to explore their thoughts and emotions openly.

By honoring each person’s unique experiences and strengths, I help clients gain insight, develop healthy coping strategies, and move toward greater self-awareness and well‐being. I have experience working with clients in their relationships, going through grief as well as anxiety and transitions in life.

It is important for me to create a welcoming, non-judgmental and warm environment for my client in which they are allowed to explore. Upon self-discovery they can then feel the freedom with guidance and assistance to set achievable, healthy goals.
