This practice provides direct, depth-oriented therapy for executives, founders, lawyers, and high-achieving individuals and couples. After nearly two decades in investment banking, structured finance law, and technology leadership, I understand high-stakes work and the personal cost of sustained performance. I work with burnout, overwhelm, conflict, couples in crisis, betrayal, and the pressure clients carry home. Sessions are active, focused, and change-oriented. The aim is stronger relationships, clearer decisions, and greater agency. I help clients develop perspective, practical skills, and a clearer direction.

I help clients regain perspective when sustained pressure, conflict, or emotional strain begins to affect judgment, relationships, or the ability to be present outside of work. We address the patterns behind burnout, overwork, alcohol use, perfectionism, and emotional withdrawal, helping clients make clearer decisions and show up differently in their lives.

I am an active presence in the room. I share observations, identify patterns as they emerge, ask direct questions, and offer a perspective grounded in clinical training and firsthand experience in high-stakes professional environments.
