My approach to therapy focuses on the person as an individual and how they live and respond in their environment. I provide individual therapy utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Behavior Modification, Motivational Interviewing, psycho-educational and supportive counseling approaches to adolescents through adults in a respectful, affirming and culturally sensitive manner.
I offer in person sessions as well as regular tele-health sessions using HIPAA compliant platforms which are safe and confidential.
