My approach to assisting other's in their healing is much like weaving. First, we will delicately sort through your past and current thoughts, memories, relationships, beliefs, and dreams. Then we will update and integrate them utilizing somatic EMDR techniques, mindfulness, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
