I prioritize exploring your unique challenges, history, and values to help you set goals, treat yourself with compassion, and make change that is meaningful to you.
As a therapist, I integrate practices from many theories, primarily Psychodynamic Theory, CBT, and ACT. My clinical interests include anxiety, depression, OCD, life transitions, relationship challenges, self-esteem, trauma, and gender and sexuality concerns.
