I work with adult, children, and families. I am certified as an Adoption competent therapist and received training from FSU's Harris Institute for early childhood development. I have experience providing counseling in individual and group settings. I also have experience helping clients navigate depression, anxiety and other responses to traumatic events.
I am an EMDR certified therapist as well as a Certified Daring Way Facilitator. As a Certified Daring Way Facilitator, I am trained in The Daring Way™, the various curriculum based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown. EMDR therapy is an approach that has been extensively researched and proven effective for the treatment of many different types of symptoms.
