I am available for TELEHEALTH ONLY. I offer individualized treatment from a holistic approach while working from culturally competent and strength based perspectives. I utilize a blend of therapy techniques that include but are not limited to solution focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, humanistic therapy and crisis-oriented therapy.
