Hi, I'm Paulette! At Reflections: Therapy and Supervision, I empower individuals to develop their own resources and resilience through strength-based supportive therapy. Using a range of therapeutic approaches—interpersonal therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, and client-centered therapy—I guide and encourage clients toward lasting change. With specialized services for those considering bariatric surgery and support, we offer compassionate, tailored care. Soon, I'll also provide clinical supervision to professionals, fostering growth within the therapeutic community. My goal is to create a space where you feel seen and heard.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, uncertain about the next step in life, or struggling to make decisions, I’m here to guide you. I believe in a holistic approach, addressing not just the challenges you face, but how those challenges impact your mind, body, and emotional well-being.
