DBT Skills Power Group
This group will be based on techniques and aspects of DBT therapy to provide integrative care for teens! Group therapy will include mindfulness practices, skills training, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness. This will be an 8 week open group for teens ages 14 - 19 years of age. The rate is $50 per group. Please call/email to be placed on waitlist.

Peaceful Me
This is an 8 week group for children 6 to 8 years old. Peaceful Me is an early intervention group for children struggling with behavior difficulties, inattentiveness, defiant, or aggressive/Impulsive behavior. The group will unitize core concepts from play therapy, mindfulness based practices, and behavior modification. The goal of this group is to develop coping, relaxation, and mindfulness based skills and increase children's ability to regulate emotions appropriately and relate to their peers/adults in a positive way. $45 per group! Reclaiming Courage-A Trauma Processing Group
This group is an 8 wk group for adult females that have had trauma in the past or present and are looking to regain strength & courage in their day to day lives. Group will utilize DBT, CBT, & relational therapy techniques to provide a safe, compassionate, & strength based approach. Learn coping skills, self-care skills, & positive interpersonal relatedness skills. Cost is $50 a session. Call our office to be placed on the list for this group.
