I’m Crystal Hall, a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate devoted to helping people find strength, clarity, and peace in the face of life’s challenges. My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and action-oriented. I integrate evidence-based methods—such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and motivational interviewing—with tools for emotional regulation, self-awareness, and self-compassion.
