Reflections Counseling Group serves adults, adolescents, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and life transitions that don't resolve on their own. Our clients come to us ready to do the work and our licensed therapists are equipped to meet them there. We bring clinical depth, cultural responsiveness, and genuine investment to every session. At RCG, clients can expect to be challenged, supported, and consistently partnered with through work that's uncomfortable before it's transformative.
Our Team
Reflections Counseling Group was founded on the principle that everyone is capable of living a full and healthy life. It is not until we take the time to evaluate and reflect on life's experiences that we begin to live out the life we have and move towards the life we want. Taking an honest assessment of what is before us is where the work begins.

Navigating the complexities of existence in this era, within one's own body, is a universal undertaking. Whether you're a student contending with anxiety or depression, a parent balancing personal, familial, and professional expectations, an adult undergoing transitions grappling with the weight of current political, societal, and environmental challenges, I am here to offer invaluable assistance as you forge ahead towards a future that embodies your principles. My method centers on the individual and their experiences, tailored to the aspirations, cultural context, and apprehensions of the person or family I'm aiding.

If you're the person who always keeps it together on the outside, but inside, you're emotionally exhausted, overstimulated, or preoccupied by your thoughts, you don't have to keep doing it alone.

Hello and welcome! I’m a pre-licensed counselor working with individuals and couples of all ages, with a focus on helping clients navigate overwhelm, identity confusion, relational distress, and the lingering effects of trauma. I believe healing unfolds in a space where your full experience is welcome—where we feel safe enough to tell the truth, steady enough to stay with it, and supported enough to grow from it.

Life can feel overwhelming at times, especially for children, teens, and young adults navigating difficult emotions, relationships, trauma, or life changes. I believe therapy should be a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to heal and grow.
I work with children, adolescents, and young adults experiencing concerns such as anxiety, trauma, emotional regulation difficulties, behavioral concerns, grief, self-esteem struggles, family conflict, attachment wounds, and life transitions. I am especially passionate about supporting individuals who may struggle to feel emotionally safe and understood.
