Reflections counseling services was created to offer a unique, non- judgmental space where clients and families are able to be themselves My approach includes meeting the clients where they are at in their journey and walking with them on the path of wellness. I specialize in Adolescents and children, PTSD, Trauma, Anxiety, Depression and other mental health issues. Some therapies I use are cognitive behavioral therapy, person centered. If you need help with finding where to go in life, we now offer life coaching with a certified life coach. If you need help transitioning in a career, financial wellness, retirement give us a call.
I have several years of experience in counseling and substances abuse. I have experience in group as well as individual counseling. We work with children ages 5 and up, adults and couples. Our life coach offers coaching for military transitions, career changes, financial coaching, retirement. He has several years of experience in the coaching field.
We are a small practices which enable all clients to receive quality care to ensure the counseling experience is the best quality. We are a warm welcoming office to allow for a more therapeutic environment. Whether it is counseling or coaching we are here to help you.
