You might look like you have it together—but inside, your mind won’t slow down. You overthink, second-guess yourself, or feel stuck in patterns you can’t break. Maybe you feel overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or disconnected from yourself and others. You may find yourself trying to be everything for everyone while quietly struggling on the inside. Together, we create a supportive space to slow down, understand what’s going on internally, and begin to make sense of your thoughts and emotions. Through this process, you can build clarity, confidence, and emotional balance. You don’t have to keep navigating this on your own.

Out of Office: I will return messages after 6/24/26! Thank you. You don’t have to go through grief or trauma alone. My clients often crave a space where they don’t have to “put on a brave face,” but where they can be honest about their pain without fear of judgment. They are searching for hope. They want to learn how to carry their struggles differently through coping skills and understanding their emotions. I believe in using the body and mind together, focusing on relaxation and acceptance to heal. This healing isn’t about “getting over it,” but instead is about finding new ways to live and grow, even with the scars you carry.
