Are you an autistic or ADHD adult who’s spent years feeling “weird,” too much, or out of sync with others? Many of my clients are bright, thoughtful people who’ve learned to mask, overthink, or push through burnout just to keep up. You don’t need to be fixed — you need support that understands how your brain actually works.
Most people come to therapy because they’re exhausted. They want relief from anxiety and shutdown cycles, fewer relationship misunderstandings, less shame, and a way to function without constant burnout. They want to unmask safely, trust themselves, and build a life that feels sustainable — not performative.

I believes true healing begins when you feel seen, understood, and empowered. I take a collaborative approach, meeting you where you are, whether you’re navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, or life’s everyday stressors, while helping you strengthen coping skills, rebuild self-esteem, and uncover patterns shaped by past experiences, including childhood and brain development.
Some of my experience includes supporting survivors of domestic violence and individuals facing homelessness or addiction, and I am dedicated to connecting clients with community resources alongside therapy.

I believe therapy should feel like a real conversation between two people, not a clinical interrogation. My approach is all about meeting you where you are at, creating a safe space where we can work together as equals. By blending proven evidence based modalities with a person centered focus, I tailor our sessions to fit your unique needs, helping you navigate life's challenges at your pace.
When I'm not in the office, you'll find me embracing the great outdoors, whether I'm out for a run, out on the water, or simply soaking up quality time with my family.
