Hi, I'm Siera, owner of Reflection is Healing Counseling Services. Reflection is Healing Counseling provides therapy for adults (18+) and couples in an intimate private setting. I work in partnership with my clients to help them identify any sources of pain and reconcile all aspects of who they are.

Often the people I work with feel isolated and stuck in their experience causing them to feel down, worried, anxious, or exhausted. Individuals who seek me out are struggling with depression, anxiety, identity, and relationship problems that are causing distress in their everyday life.

As your therapist, my goal is to help educate you on how to change your thoughts patterns so you can begin to adopt new habits thus helping you feel in control of your life. I help you identify your emotions, locate the problems that are causing you pain, and walk alongside you to rebuild the parts of yourself that you are unhappy with.
